We have been using your service for 11 years now. Approximately every 6 months I arrange for a pickup. I hope your service and our relationship can continue for many more years.

Things I LIKE about your service:

1) Once I schedule a pickup date with you, I open it up to our employees to bring e-waste from home. They appreciate not having to figure out their locality’s rules for e-waste.
2) You provide me with a New York C7 (proper e-waste disposal form)
3) You provide me with certification of hard drive destruction.

Things we DON’T like:
1) Nothing! No improvement necessary!

I recommend your services at my trade group meetings and to attendees at meetings for a green business organization that we are a part of.

For the second year in a row we have organized an Electronic Recycling event at my workplace in honor of Earth Day/Week. We ask all of our to bring in their recyclable electronics from home and also include the company’s used equipment.  It has been a huge success both years, with plenty of used equipment being picked up and recycled, rather than ending up in a landfill.

Shout out to the driver, who was on-time, courteous and very friendly! Would definitely use your service again for next year’s event!

I was actually very impressed by the entire process of finding out if you could pick up from our location, to scheduling, to the actual pickup and confirmation of the destruction of our sensitive materials. It was a painless process, a big cost savings to us to top it off!
