What items do you accept?
This is one of our most frequently asked questions. While our list is as comprehensive as possible, it doesn’t cover everything. We often say, “We accept anything with a plug,” and now we can also add, “most items that use batteries.” If you’re unsure whether an item qualifies, feel free to call or email us—we’re happy to help.
Additionally, we now accept bulk battery and bulb recycling as part of our expanded services. Please note that this is currently available only for businesses and organizations and comes with a service fee.

Can I drop off items, or do you offer pickup services?
We offer both options for businesses. Residents are drop off by appointment only at this time. You can drop off items at our Assonet, MA location by appointment, or schedule a pickup for larger quantities.
Where are you located, and what are your hours for drop-offs?
We are located at 13 Ridge Hill Rd., Unit #8, Assonet, MA. Drop-offs are by appointment only between 7 AM and 1 PM.
Do you recycle medical equipment?
Yes, we recycle many types of medical equipment. Contact us to confirm if your specific items are accepted.
Can you help us organize a recycling or fundraising event?

What happens to the items you recycle?

Do you offer recycling pickup for residential areas?
Currently, our pickup services are designed for businesses and organizations. However, some towns partner with us to provide curbside electronics pickup. In many cases, residents can drop off electronics at their local transfer station. Additionally, we welcome residential drop-offs at our facility—just contact us to schedule an appointment.
How do you ensure ethical and environmentally friendly recycling?
We use ethical downstream vendors and stay updated on recycling laws to ensure all materials are processed responsibly.

Can I recycle damaged electronics?
Yes, we accept both damaged and non-functional electronics. Our recycling process ensures all components are handled responsibly.
Do I need to remove batteries or other components before recycling?
Only items that use one time use batteries need to be removed before recycling. These are batteries such as Alkeline AA, AAA, etc. Common items are Remotes and Smoke Detectors where batteries should be removed before recycling.
What should I do with electronics containing personal data?
We recommend wiping personal data before recycling. For added security, we offer data destruction services.
Can I recycle old cables and chargers?
Yes, we accept cables, chargers, and other accessories. These items are recycled alongside electronics to minimize waste.
Do you offer recycling for businesses outside of New England?
Our primary service area is New England, however we also often go to New York we can discuss options for businesses outside this region. Contact us for more information.
