This winter, we’re making it easier for schools, nonprofits, and municipal offices to qualify for a FREE electronics recycling pickup.
From December 1 through March 31, you’ll only need half the normal number of qualifying devices to waive the standard pickup fee.

This winter promotion is available to:

• Private and charter schools

• Municipal and government offices

• Nonprofit organizations

• Nonprofit Hospitals and healthcare facilities 

• Libraries

• Housing authorities

• Public safety departments

• State agencies

Our winter promotion cuts the normal pickup price by 50%, which means you only need half the usual number of qualifying computers to waive the standard pickup fee.

All other aspects of our service remain the same.

Credits

We provide credit value for all types of computers, including:

• Laptops

• Desktops

• Chromebooks

• All-in-ones

• iMacs

• Servers and small form factors

These credits help offset the cost of sending a truck and crew.
During this promotion, you only need half the normal amount of credits to eliminate the pickup fee.

Disposal Fees

Standard disposal fees still apply for certain items that require specialized processing, including:

• TVs

• Printers

• Toner

• CRT monitors

• Other items that normally carry disposal charges

Any computer credits you receive can still reduce or eliminate these disposal fees as usual.

This promotion simply makes it easier to qualify for a free pickup, while the rest of our pricing structure remains the same.

If your organization has newer or higher-value devices, some equipment may also qualify for payment through our buy-back program, which can further reduce (or completely eliminate) your overall costs.
