We built our buy-back program to support reuse first—not forced shredding. When organizations upgrade their technology, usable equipment shouldn’t automatically become scrap.
Our team evaluates bulk, resale-grade electronics using in-house testing and current wholesale market data. Equipment that qualifies is purchased at fair market value, while non-qualifying items are securely recycled through our standard programs.
Who Qualifies
These requirements exist to protect data security, ensure resale eligibility, and provide accurate, upfront pricing.
Our buy-back program is designed for bulk, resale-grade equipment.
To qualify, equipment should meet the following guidelines:

Quantity:
At least 40 Devices from our eligible categories. -
Age:
Devices should be manufactured within the past 5 years. -
Condition:
Equipment must be in good working order and free from damage or activation locks. - Locks & Restrictions:
All devices must be free from BIOS passwords, firmware locks, and remote management or Google activation locks.
Devices that remain locked or tied to previous user accounts cannot be processed for payment, as these restrictions prevent reuse or resale. -

- Smartphones – recent iPhones and select Android models

Chromebooks with Intel i-Series processors only
Older, non-functional, or lower-spec items are still accepted for recycling, but not for payment.

Pickup and Logistics
Standard pickup fees apply but can often be partially or fully offset when the resale value justifies it.
We’ll let you know upfront whether your collection qualifies for free pickup or credit toward service fees.
Smaller quantities that don’t meet buy-back requirements can still be recycled through our standard pickup or drop-off programs.
How Our Buy-Back Program Works
Our process is designed to be straightforward and transparent, with no surprises at pickup or payout.
1. Provide Your Equipment Information
Provide a spreadsheet or summary with make, model, and condition details. For computers let us know the model and processor details for each laptop or desktop. This allows us to assess the value of your equipment and offer you the best price.
2. Receive a Custom Quote
Our team reviews the details and provides a tailored quote based on current market value and condition.
3. Schedule Secure Pickup
Once you accept the quote, we’ll arrange a convenient and secure pickup of your equipment. Our experienced team ensures that all devices are handled with care and transported safely.
4. Get Paid Fast (After Inspection)
After receiving your equipment, we inspect and test each device to verify condition. Once confirmed, payment is processed promptly so you can move forward with your next project or upgrade without delay.
Devices found to be locked or otherwise restricted during testing will be excluded from the buy-back portion of your quote and recycled instead.

About Reporting
Our buy-back program focuses on evaluating reusable electronics and offering fair, fixed-value pricing based on current wholesale markets. While all qualifying equipment is inspected and verified, buy-back projects do not include serialized asset reporting unless specifically requested as part of a paid Asset Tagging & Audit Reporting service.
This allows us to keep the buy-back process simple, fast, and cost-effective while still giving organizations the option to add audit-level traceability when required.
