Certificate Requirements
Preparation for Pickup
To qualify for a Certificate of Destruction, all hard drives must be removed from devices and placed in a separate box prior to pickup. This ensures an accurate and efficient shredding process.
Upon request we will send you a pickup receipt to print out and keep with the hard drives that would later be signed over to our driver as a chain of custody this insures the utmost accuracy in our shredding process. If you are not able to remove the hard drives please us know and we will work with you to make the process as simple and easy as possible.
In instances where Shredding is required and there are devices that requires Screen be removed to access the hard drive for shredding (tablet, computer with removable keyboard, iMacs, Phones, etc) a per item fee will apply
Reporting Process
Comprehensive Pickup Reports
After each pickup, we provide a detailed itemized list that includes the count and description of each item collected. This ensures you have a clear record of all materials handled by our team.
For municipalities, we offer annual tonnage reports, provided we receive prior notification. These reports help track the volume of materials recycled, supporting your sustainability goals.
Should you require any other types of reporting, please inform us, and we will endeavor to accommodate your requests to the best of our ability.
